The products of NalaPro Technologies Inc. will be components of platform system for managing biomedical knowledge. They extract valuable information including relationships between genes/proteins, chemicals and disease form vast amounts of documents. The results can be accessed through database system with user interfaces displaying the network tied up with the binary relations of the extracted information.

We are developing such knowledge management platform with the following technologies;

1. The original technical-term-dictionary collecting a lot of synonyms and the ontology for managing terminological relationships.
2. NLP (natural language processing) programs that can process huge document databases in a practical time frame.
3. Our experience applying the text mining technologies to the biomedical research fields.
